Jennifer Farley founded The Farley Group in 2005 and has been involved in politics and policy for over two decades. Years of experience have honed Jennifer's skills in navigating The Hill. Her particular strength lies in identifying the right contact for a client, making connections, and creating the opportunity for a client's voice to be heard. She has an effortless and natural way with people, and her ability to connect with others and forge relationships is a tremendous asset.
Before starting her own company, Jennifer completed a four-year assignment as the Associate Director for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs in the White House of President George W. Bush. In this capacity, Jennifer served as the official liaison to state, city, county and tribal governments on behalf of the White House and President Bush. Furthermore, she was responsible for formulating policy and briefing the President on issues that advocated for state and local interests. Jennifer was also responsible for meeting with governors, mayors and tribal leaders on behalf of the President and traveled extensively throughout the country in this capacity. Jennifer regularly spoke on behalf of the White House on various panels and conferences across the nation to foster a working partnership between federal, state and local leaders.
Prior to her tenure at the White House, Jennifer served as the Deputy Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee where she was responsible for developing and promoting the Republican political platform, as well as coordinating fundraising, research, strategic planning, and election strategy in every US Senate race. Further, Jennifer gained experience on Capitol Hill as advisor in the Office of Senator John McCain.
Carolyn Svorinic received her BA from Arizona State University and started a sales and marketing career in industries ranging from retail to business services. This start provided her with a solid foundation of excellent customer service and professionalism, which later paved her way to become an independent consultant for a variety of network marketing companies. The industry of network marketing relied on referrals, word of mouth, well maintained relationships and an impeccable reputation. Carolyn's success in this field is a testament to her qualities as a hard working and trusted professional.
Carolyn has worked for The Farley Group since its inception in 2005 as the Business Manager, handling everything from billing and accounts payable to contracts and strategic planning. Additionally, Carolyn serves as Director of Operations for BNI, the world’s largest networking organization. The Arizona Chapter of BNI has been in existence for 20 years and in 2008 Carolyn developed the organization’s first operational systems. Her strength in process management, attention to detail, and ability to execute a strategy makes her an unparalleled asset to The Farley Group.
Victoria Hostin is a skilled writer and business advisor with the ability to translate the unique needs and nuances of complex organizations into actionable strategies and deliverables. She currently works as an independent consultant and freelance grant/proposal writer, drawing largely on her background as a non-profit administrator tasked with collaborating on and creating applications and grants to various stakeholders including corporations, private foundations, and State and local government agencies. Prior to her freelance career, Victoria lived in Delaware where she co-founded a non-profit Charter School. In her role as board member and co-chair, Victoria secured 501(c)(3) status for the entity, co-wrote and oversaw the charter application process, and represented the school to the Delaware Department of Education’s Charter School Accountability Committee.
Additionally, Victoria had the unique experience of working in Washington, D.C. as a Development Officer at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History. Victoria completed her MA in Arts Management from American University in Washington, D.C.; her thesis project focused on generating revenue and fundraising strategies for a small non-profit organization. She received her B.A. in English from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
